Heather Locklear was arrested on the suspicion of Driving Under The Influence of prescription medication. The police were called to the scene after someone noticed Locklear driving erratically. She was arrested and taken to the police station where they screened her for drugs and alcohol.

Locklear has been having a tough time since her break-up with Richie Sambora. Since the couple divorced she has suffered from anxiety and depression and recently spent time in a recovery facility in attempts to improve her mental health. Sambora and Locklear were married for 11 years and have a daughter together. Their break-up became especially painful for Locklear when her ex-husband began dating her close friend Denise Richards shortly after divorce papers were filed.

Everybody goes through hard times and many people can relate to Locklear’s pain. Her fans (which includes me) are wishing her the best and hoping she’ll feel better soon. Perhaps in the future she’ll write a book sharing her experiences of depression to inspire others going through the same circumstances. Good luck Heather!

Joseph Petcka, 37, was a baseball player for the New York Mets’ Minor League, now working as a bartender while pursuing his acting career he faces possible imprisonment for killing his girlfriend’s cat Norman.

Petcka had only been dating Lisa Altobelli for six weeks before he was accussed of flying into a rage and stomping her cat to death. Joseph Petcka claims he was defending himself.

He has been charged with aggravated animal cruelty and harassment. If convicted a prison sentence of up to two years is a possibility.

Singer George Michael has been arrested in London, England after police found him in a public men’s restroom with crack and marijuana.

This is the 45-year-old’s fourth time finding himself in trouble with the law due to drug related incidents. This time he was lucky and no charges were filed. Perhaps this would be a good time for a stay in rehab?

Rapper Kanye West, 31, was arrested for felony vandalism at the airport after he grabbed a camera from a celebrity photographer and ending up smashing it on the ground. His bodyguard, Don Crowley, who was also fed up with the Paparazzi smashed a piece of camera equipment as well and then went after a TMZ videographer.

The chaotic airport event was captured on video. Which I’m sure won’t help Kanye West’s case. Both West and his bodyguard were arrested and bail was set for $20,000.
