Howard K. Stern Pleads “Not Guilty” In Anna Nicole Smith Case - May 14, 2009

Howard K. Stern and two doctors have pleaded “not guilty” to supplying drugs to deceased Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith. Howard K. Stern could face serious conseqences such as “reckless manslaughter” if convicted.

Anna Nicole Smith died of a drug overdose in February 8, 2007 at the age of 39. The reality television celebrity was a prescription drug addict who lived with Howard K. Stern at the time of her death. Howard K. Stern believed that he was the father of Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter Dannie-Lynn but later DNA tests proved that the actual father was Anna Nicole’s ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead.
